For the 4th-year research project of my undergraduate degree program, our team developed an AI-based fitness and body maintenance system called "BsyRoute" mobile app. Our aim is to develop a comprehensive health and fitness platform that offers guidance on maintaining a balanced diet, effective exercise routines to prevent injuries, and addresses the challenge of accessing personal training during economic crises. The proposed solution is a mobile app that integrates advanced technologies and machine learning.

As my individual objective of this research is to develop a personalized workout plan generation system using machine learning algorithms. The system will take into account individual preferences, injuries, available time, and calorie-burning needs. After some period, users can update the workout schedule according to their current fitness status to achieve better results as well as they can review their fitness records.
